I just left a job due to a micromanager for a supervisor. I was introduced to my new supervisor over a month ago for my new job and got a really warm welcoming vibe from her. I arrived to work on my first day and they have changed my supervisor to someone with less experience than me and is a super micromanager. I'm on day 5 and I just don't know if I can continue...........please pray that she will be removed as my supervisor very soon. Thank you.

My mother is 81, and has been blind in her right eye since birth. Well, about 8 days ago, she suddenly developed a detached retina in her one good left eye, and had to have emergency surgery at Duke. However, we're not certain how much vision she'll ultimately recover. Please pray for her.
